Baby Arugula & Citrus Salad

This salad uses my popular three-citrus dressing, some baby arugula, citrus fruit and some almonds and pomegranate seeds.
Seafood Chowder

You can use whatever seafood you have on hand but I like using a white fish (fresh cod), small shrimp and small bay scallops.
