Axini means Spring in Greece and this menu celebrates the new season.

Pork Belly Skewers with Lemon, Greek Oregano

1st Course: Chopped Salad With Romaine, Iceberg, Radicchio, Cherry Tomatoes, Salami, Graviera Cheese
2nd Course: Zucchini filled with ground meat, rice with Avgolemono Sauce
Main Course: Sfakia (Crete) Style Goat With Roast Potatoes
Dessert: Citrus Olive Oil Cake, Whipped Cream, Berries, Mint
