It’s time to once again host an all meze evening but this one’s special – join me on Sunday, June 11th as I take you on a culinary journey to Volos – where the concept of Greek tapas was born.
It will be an evening of all fish and seafood meze (small plates) served in the tradition of a Volos Tsipouradiko.
Each course will be served and you as a guest will have a choice of pairing it with Katsaros Ouzo, Tsipouro or an Assryrtiko White from Markogianni Estate (all from Celebrity Wines).
I will also serve my housemade bread with Cretan olive oil
