It’s Carnival time! Join me on Sunday, February 12th at St. Lawrence Market Kitchen for a festive Carnival feast.

Greeks love to celebrate and that involves good food and good drink. I’ve got a menu of meat dishes and Apostolos Gerakinis will be pouring Greek wines.

Appetizers:

Baked Gigantes with Feta and Sausage

Koto-Bacon (Bacon wrapped Chicken Souvlaki)

Greek Style Smashed Potato Poutine

Homemade Bread with Cretan Extra-Virgin Olive oil

paired with Aurelia Sparkling Rose

1st Course: Baby Arugula, Citrus Dressing, Parm Shavings

paired with Voltes White

2nd course: Veal Sweet Breads Savoro, Warm Lentils

paired with Voltes Red

Main Course: Roast Pork Belly, Celery Root Puree, Green Apple

paired with Armathos Organic red

Dessert: New Orleans Bread Pudding With Maple Bourbon Cream Sauce served with Greek coffee
