December is the festive season and each year I look forward to hosting my annual Christmas-themed Greek Supper Club.
Join me on Sunday, December 4th for my annual Christmas-themed Greek Supper Club at the St. Lawrence Market Kitchen.
Apostolos Gerakinis will be pouring Greek wines from United Stars and many Greek products furnished from Kolonaki Fine Food.

Homemade Bread, Olives and Cretan Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salmon Tartare with Truffle Salt Chips
Tyrokafteri (Zesty Whipped Feta) with Drunken Figs
Bougatsa (phyllo pie) With Kima (beef)

1st Course: Baby Arugula and Citrus salad, topped with almonds and pomegranate seeds
paired with Giannikos Malagouzia Windmill
2nd Course: Cabbage Rolls with Avgolemono Sauce
paired with Giannikos Agiorgitiko Lion
Main Course: Braised Beef Short Rib, Mushrooms, Mashed Potato, Graviera Cream
paired with Giannikos Caberney Little Fox + bonus wine tasting
Dessert: Baklava Tiramisu served with Katsaros Mastiha liqueur
