Last weekend the celebrations of Apokries (Greek Carnival) ended on Cheesefare Sunday. For those observing, we are now in the period known as Great Lent.
Lsdt Sunday’s Supper Club highlighted dairy, cheeses and eggs in all the dishes. It’s Cheesefare Sunday and we’re gonna eat!
Greek ingredients were furnished from BuyGreek.Shop and all wines and spirits from Greece,as poured by my friend ApostolosGerakinis.
