The holiday season is here and last week I hosted my festive Christmas Supper Club.

Thank you to all the guests who attended, my servers/sous chef and the folks at St. Lawrence Market Kitchen.

Wine pairings were selected by United Stars representing two wineries from the Peloponnese.

Greek ingredients, including Cretan olive oil and sparkling/still Zaros water were furnished by BuyGreek.shop.

Appetizers:

Saganaki with Eggs & Pastourma

Phyllo Triangles with Quebec Tourtiere Filling

Greek Leek Sausages with Roast Peppers, crumbled Ellasona Feta

Homemade Bread

paired with Markogianni Roditis Retsina

1st course: Winter Salad With Mixed Greens and Citrus Fruit

paired with Markogianni Assyrtiko-Roditis White

2nd Course: Turkey Confit on Truffled Hilopites, Kefalotyri Cheese

paired with Monemvasia Voltes Agiorghitiko Red

Main Course: Slow Roasted Pork with Lemon, Thyme, Honey, Mash Potato

paired with Markogianni Mandylaria Red

Dessert: Lemon Brulee served with Greek Coffee
