Greek cuisine is rooted in simple ingredients, locally sources and used at their prime, when in season. I’ve come up with an Autumn roster of dishes to help you with your Fall/Winter entertaining.
Join me on Sunday, November 17th at St. Lawrence Market Kitchen for an afternoon of Greek Comfort Food dishes:
Warm Artichoke Dip With Feta and Warm Pita Chips
Horta Tsigarista (Saute) with Garlic, Honey, Chillis, Sesame Seeds
Pastitsio (Baked Pasta, Meat Sauce, Bechamel)
Ekmek Katafi (Katafi phyllo, pastry cream, Whipped Cream, Roasted Almonds)
Attendees will sample all the dishes prepared in the class, refreshements will be served.

NOTE: A minimum of 8 attendees required for the workshop to go through
