Trigona Panoramatos (Thessaloniki’s Phyllo Triangles filled with Creme Patisserie)
As always, attendees will taste all of the dishes demonstrated, given copies of all recipes and refreshments offered as well.
This time, I will be conducting the classes in Pierrefonds (Montreal West Island) with plenty of free parking and you are welcome to bring some of your own beverages.
