Last month I hosted an evening of wines from the Nemea region of Greece. The wines were all from Nemea and they will be poured by Kolonaki Group.
Specialty Greek ingredients and olive oil from Nisos Importing.
The menu was inspired by my travels to Nemea, the local products and the dishes were chosen to pair well with these tremendous wines.

1st course: Greek Style Onion Soup with Saganaki Cheese

2nd Course: Sour Trahana with Roast Turkey, Stuffing and Corinth Raisins

Main Course: Braised Beef Cheeks with Shaved Truffles from FungiHellas
paired with Papaioannou Agiorgitiko
Dessert: Galatopita (Milk Pie) served with Nektar Greek coffee
