Last weekend I hosted my annual outdoor Greek Supper Club at the Manor (Bob Rumball Centre). The weather was perfect: no humidity and not a cloud in the sky!
Nisos Importing provided Cretan Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar and other specialty items from Greece for the dinner. Wine Connoisseur Apostolos Gerakinis poured Greek wines throughout the evening.
Once again a huge thank you to Rotisserie BBQ’s lending a hand with one of their rotisseries.

Cypriot-Style Meatballs
Grilled Corn with Red Pepper and Feta Crema

1st course: Pork Rib Gyro, Caramelized Onions, Tzatziki
2nd course: Greek Salad With Olive Oil Poached Tomato, Crunchy Cucumbers, Dodoni Feta
