Join me for an informative, interactive and delicious Greek Cooking Class. This time I will show you some of my favourite Greek meze dishes:
Keftedakia (Succulent Greek meatballs)
Zucchini Fritters
Bouyiourdi (Feta Fondue)
Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip
Tender Taverna Style Octopus
During the class, particapants will sample the mezedes. Participants may bring their own wine or beverages.
Cost is $80.00, class size limited to 12 spots. Payment may be made via paypal or Interac bank transfer using my email, truenorth67@gmail.com in the name of Peter Minaki. If using Interac, please email me with the password to retrieve funds
*No refunds for cancellations made after June 15th. Tickets are, however, transferable to another person after that date.
