In 2018, Orthodox Easter fell on April 8th, a little earlier than usual but the good news was that we got to celebrate Tsiknopempti (Burnt Thursday) with an array of roasted/grilled meats.

What a blast we had last Thursday at Paintbox Bistro for 2018 Kalofagas Tsiknopempti! Greek Supper Club!

MENU

Appetizers: 

Roast Bone Marrow with Crusty Bread, Cretan Olive Oil, Greek Oregano

Grilled Sweetbreads & Sausage, Olive oil, lemon, Herbs

Sweet peppers stuffed with Cheese

Housemade Bread

Ioli spring water and Souroti sparkling from Greece donated by Kolonaki Group

1st Course: Brussel Sprout Salad with Dried Cherries, Almonds, Citrus Vinaigrette, Crispy Bacon

2nd Course: Makaronopita (Macaroni Pie)

Main Course: Ellasonitiko (Greek-Style Porchetta) with Paprika Roast Potatoes, Lemon & Olive Oil Greens

Dessert: Sokolatopita (Greek chocolate cake) served with Nektar Greek coffee
