Join me on Sunday, October 22nd for an afternoon cooking class where I will share my tips and techniques to for preparing some of Greece’s popular meze (appetizer) dishes.

Tyrokafteri Feta Dip

Fried Calamari

Tender Octopus

Shrimp Saganaki

Zucchini Fritters

During the class, participants will sample the mezedes and enjoy some Greek wine.

Cost is $80.00, class size limited to 15 spots. Payment may be made via paypal or Interac bank transfer using my email, truenorth67@gmail.com in the name of Peter Minaki. If using Interac, please email me with the password to retrieve funds

The class will take place at Aphrodite Cooks, located at 201 Weston Road, Suite #G1 Toronto, Ontario M6N 3P1.

*No refunds for cancellations made after Oct. 15th 2017. Tickets are, however, transferable to another person after that date.
