Each year, the National Hellenic Museum of Chicago holds a tremendous evening that combines offerings from Chicago’s best Greek chefs and a large selection of Greek wines are poured through the evening.
This year’s Kouzina takes place on Thursday, November and it’s my honour to announce that I will be the honoury chair! I’ve known about this since Spring (could hardly wait to spread the news) and I am working on a delicious dish that will be my “twist on the classics”.
