Join me on Sunday, June 12th as I share some of my favourite food memories that I recall being made from my grandmother. Simple dishes using local and seasonal ingredients and made with love. I’ve come up with a menu I I like to call “Kouzina ’tis Yiayia’s (Grandmother’s Kitchen) and I am returning to St. Lawrence Market for what will be a fantastic Sunday evening of Greek food and wine.
All dishes will be made using Cretan olive from Nisos Importing and I am excited to share the wines of Domaine Spiropoulos and Domaine Mercouri, both from the Peloponnese. The wines are distributed in Ontario by Rubaiyat Wine & Spirit Merchants.
