  1. Read the post on the roast turkey with particular interest. I’ll be making one this Christmas after years of turkey-less celebrations. Feeling a bit anxious but will probably try your brining method to prevent drying.

    Among desserts, paximadia with figs, nuts and star anise look fantastic! Adding to my to-cook list.
