This past Saturday I cooked a Santorni-themed Greek Supper Club with an all Santorini wine pairing from Kolonaki Group.

The Cretan olive oil was provided by Nisos Importing and when all these elements were brought together, a fabulous dinner was had by all and we had a taste of Santorini.

Thank you to the St. Lawrence Market Kitchen, our servers Ashley, Laura and Tania, Chef MaryCatherine Anderson for her immense help in the kitchen and Georgia Kirkos for capturing the evening through her eye and camera lens.

Once again, this will be a 5 course dinner with wine pairings for each course.

My next Greek Supper Club is set for Thursday, July 16th at the Manor located at the Bob Rumball Centre on Bayview Avenue. We’re dining outdoors and I’ve created a fish and seafood dinner that will make you feel like you’re at a fish taverna in Greece. Seats are on sale now.

Here’s a slideshow with fantastic moments caught at last Saturday’s dinner.
