The weather gods cooperated this past Sunday and the rain held off long enough for me to host an outdoor Greek Supper Club at The Manor on Bayview.
I brought the grill and we all enjoyed a whole grilled lavraki (European sea bass), flown straight from Greece, courtesy of Selonda Aquaculture. The fish was dressed grilled lemons and Cretan olive oil by Nisos Importing.
Once again Kolonaki Group made the wine parings for the evening and Krinos Canada will sponsored the dinner by furnishing many of the ingredients used in the dinner.
Many thanks to Bill Leontaritis for capturing the event with his keen eye and photography, our servers Tania, Amanda, Andria.
