is there another name for blites? I could look it up but too lazy. This should give you a great boost in the native audiences! your Greek sounds very native to me!
Post the clip – I can’t watch it here.

Fantastic Video… after you put the garlic in the oil, you must have attracted a massive crowd. There is nothing like the aroma of garlic in oil (maybe only bacon, coffee, or popcorn)….
So, I was surprised at how much I understood…
But, I do have questions:
– what kind of oil did you use… I am sure it was olive oil, but you did use quite a bit, and that would definitely flavour the dish
– were the tomatoes canned, or fresh
– and what kind of cheese did you add at the end?
This looks so Italian… not Greek to me, so this was a surprise (not that it really matters…)
and I make this kind of meal, often… like you, with a variety of greens, but Vanja still prefers spinach to any of the others.
I usually use onions, though, as well.
Thanks for an opportunity to see you LIVE!
