Sigh…..
Mmmmmmmm, i’ll have some of that halloumi please :)
no words needed, the photos speak for themselves
This looks so fabulous…I could eat it for breakfast right the very minute!
Gorgeous pics…
Oh I bet it is!
We are trying out halloumi for our next supper club. When you fry it should it be dusted with flour first, and what kind of oil are you using? Thanks for your help Peter.

Lori-Lynn, you can dust Halloumi with flour but it’s not necessary. Medium-high heat, some olive oil oil and fry or place in a grill or grill pan for 1 minute/side.
Looks like a very tasty treat! Any ideas on making this into bite sized portions and serving as an appetizer? How would you present it?
I stopped by the “supermarket” here in our neighborhood and was relieved to find huge chuncks of hallou cheese, one nex to the other, without a wrapper, moist and branded/. take me take me they cried out, so I did.
You could start your own chain “Kalofagas” to compete with Goodies with these yumyums.
i can’ t wait to make this easy and delicious recipe!
I did come back to read your answer. Thanks. Our party is Saturday.
