I’d also never heard of Greek basil – that plant looks incredibly happy and prolific! Beautiful eggplants and a fantastic, simple recipe

Deliciously simple pasta, Peter. I’m definitely giving this one a try – always trying to incorporate at least a few meat-free meals now and then with all these veggies, I’m sure you don’t miss the meat at all. I’m sure roasting the vegetables (which I might do) would be delicious, too.

Πήτερ, χαίρομαι πάρα πολύ που σε γνωρίσαμε, οι μέρες που περάσαμε όλοι μαζί πιστεύω ότι ήταν φανταστικές. Η φιλοξενία της Ελενας και του Δημήτρη είναι πάντα κάτι το υπέροχο. Ο Φώτης και τα παιδιά αναπολούν πολλές φορές τα γέλια που κάναμε και τα αστεία που λέγατε.

και μην ξεχνάμε : Κόρινθος – καλοκαίρι 2010!!!!!
