Peter, have you used Vefa’s Kitchen? I definitely want to look through it. I was disappointed by the Silver Spoon – it just wasn’t user-friendly enough for me, and even though they’re entirely different cuisines, etc., I was just curious to get your viewpoint.
Jen, I do have a copy of Vefa’s Kitchen and it’s worth buying. Phaidon is the publisher of both books – two different cookbook authors. It’s got a wide array of dishes, seasonal and regional and easy to follow instructions.
I do like the look of that cook book…thanks again for all the info Peter.
