		<description>The best lamb shank ever! And the easiest; and I&#039;ve done a lot of lamb shanks.  I cooked orzo in the broth/wine, delicious! The meat fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. And, I have left overs! I&#039;ll make this again and again!  Thank you!</description>
