This comment comes a bit late (as in, years after you posted this recipe), but mmmm. I love Delicatessen’s baked potatoes. Now, thanks to you, I know how to make them. To be honest, however, yours look MUCH nicer than theirs do. I know what’s on my dinner menu this week!

I’m so hungry right now. Peter your food is always so gourmet with a homey appeal and the pics just make you want to tuck in right away, the jump off the screen. I mean, look at this baked potato!
